Individual Counselling

Life’s experiences can impact you emotionally in many ways. Problems from our pasts can surface later in life and cause emotional trauma that we may not fully understand. Alternatively, more immediate issues can be just as disruptive and have long-lasting effects if we don’t explore them.

These issues can surface as confusion, a lack of enthusiasm, self respect, or an overwhelming blanket of negativity. Whether it has come from a repressed trauma from childhood, a breakdown of a relationship, a feeling of failure, the loss of a loved one, or professional setbacks, these can be discovered, understood, and used as a force to turn your life around.

Individual counselling helps you with your emotional issues, which can range in order of their severity or intensity. The main aim of counselling is to help you make changes at your own pace, bringing in more clarity.

I offer a safe, confidential, and non judgemental space to explore the problems and blocks you are facing to enable you to move forward.
